The Classic Charm
An all time classic… The Classic Charm! As our most customizable package, the Classic Charm includes a two day rental period (Day 1 for decorating and rehearsing and Day 2 for relaxation and saying “I do”); tables, chairs and linens; serving tables for your buffet, your cake table, and anything in between; your chosen layout already setup and ready to go and breakdown of it all after your event; access to our AMAZING décor room; and our professional and trained event staff so you and your family can simply enjoy your best day ever. You also have the freedom to add on any of the “Charms” and “Extra Charms” enhancements that fit your vision to a T! (see chart below)
The Perfect Charm
Practically perfect in every way, the Perfect Charm is inclusive and customizable all in one! With all the Classic Charm offers, the Perfect Charm also includes all of what we like to call "our Charms"! Need table runners? Looking for that perfect backdrop arbor? Want to spruce up your photobooth with a Neon Sign and some props? Brookside's got you covered! The Perfect Charm includes it all and so much more! Oh, and don't forget your personalized SnapChat GeoFilter for all those photos; or to add on any of the "Extra Charms" enhancements you just HAVE to have!
The Ultimate Charm
Ultimately, this is our favorite! The Ultimate Charm is our most inclusive package, created with you in mind. From our Firework Show, to our Antique China, to our Brookside Coordinators; the Ultimate Charm has just about everything you need to make your dream wedding a reality! Along with everything included in the Classic Charm and the Perfect Charm, this package includes access to all of our “Extra Charms” enhancements; such as, sparklers for your send off, “Floyd” (our beautiful 1960 Ford F100), a color variety of chargers to perfectly compliment our Antique China, and much more!

"An absolutely beautiful wedding venue with very attentive and professional staff. As MOB, I was able to enjoy the evening with full confidence that Lesley had everything under control. I will forever be thankful for Leslie and the Brookside staff for helping to create an unforgettable evening for my daughter and son-in-law.
