What color linens do you provide? We offer two options for ceremony linens: White, tee length linens and ivory, floor length linens. They come steamed and on your tables, ready for you to decorate. (You also have the freedom to bring in any of your own linens).

What are your rehearsal dinner options? We’ve got ya covered!! Take a look at our Rehearsal Dinner Packages.

How much are your cabins? Our large cabins rent for $200 a night and the smaller, handicap accessible cabin rents for $150 a night. Both require a 100% refundable damage deposit of $100.

How do I go about renting them? Simply visit our Cabins page and book today!

Do I need event liability insurance? Yes! It’s not as scary as it sounds. We recommend Event Helper. If you’re interested in more coverage, we recommend Protect My Wedding.

What services are included in the Venue Staff? Our venue staff is trained by us on all things Brookside. They assist in venue area needs such as, but not limited to: parking directing, gate keeping, loading gifts and servicing the event for needs like spills, trash and bathroom maintenance.

Are there any decorating restrictions? There are a few things we do not allow and a whole lot more that we do! We do not allow nails, tacks, staples, or duct tape – nothing that leaves a hole or residue. Command hooks will be your best friend!

What about flower petals? Yes, no? Flower petals are fantastic and as long as they’re inside, we have no preference. However, if they’re being used outside we prefer you use live petals. However, if you want to use silk, it will be your responsibility to dispose of them properly.
